Job Summary:

The Sr Security & Vulnerability Engineer is responsible for proactively identifying, analyzing, and resolving security vulnerabilities across systems, networks, and applications. The ideal candidate will bring 8–10 years of hands-on experience, a solid understanding of patch and configuration management, and proven exposure to working with managed service providers (MSPs), particularly in the US or UK. This role is remote and requires flexibility to support global clients in a 24×7 operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• L2/L3 as part of Moksh Tech’s leading MSP & Software Development services.
• In Information Technology (patching, server configurations, PowerShell/Command prompt, Azure) (Required)
• In Cybersecurity (Current certifications and pursuing certifications, Past job experience) (required)
• In Networking (Preferred)
• Working with clients/managed service provider.
• Vulnerability management experience (Collaboration, tool, GPO, patching/updates) (required)
• With tools Covelo, Knowbe4, Logic Monitor, Connectwise Automate, Umbrella, SIEM tool (required)

Required Technical Experience:

• Years of experience in a System Admin with Security tools
• Certification is a must.
• With Microsoft licensing and working with vendors in a support role.
• Troubleshooting skills and experience in resolving complex technical issues
